Applications are invited from energetic, smart and qualified candidates for the following post in SBI Sri Lanka at Jaffna.

OFFICER-IN-CHARGE (JAFFNA)

• Experience of working in Banking/ Finance Industry around 6-8 years and 2-3 years of experience in Assistant Manager/ Officer grades
• Minimum Educational qualifications : Preference will be given to candidates with a Degree/ Masters/ MBA from a recognized university and Intermediate in Applied Banking & Finance or Diploma in Applied Banking & Finance from IBSL 

Basic Job Requirements

• Thorough knowledge in documentation relating to Corporate/ Retail Lending, Trade Finance, Account Opening (regulatory and compliance aspect) and Remittance Products
• Should have flair for marketing & business development to evaluate the market for prospective clientele
• Clear and effective communication along with fluency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Tamil language would be an added advantage

Selected candidate will be recruited on contractual terms and offered a remuneration package which will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
