Our Basic Savings Account provides you an opportunity to earn an interest on your regular savings along with access to yours funds anytime for enquiry and transaction purposes through ATM, Online Banking and Mobile Banking. Interest is calculated on daily basis and credited to your account on monthly basis
Eligibility- Resident Individuals (Sri Lankan, Indian & Other Nationals) of 18 years of age & above
- Single or in Joint names with other individuals
Interest Rates
- 3.5% p.a. payable on monthly basis
Minimum Balance Required
- Average monthly balance of LKR 1,000/- needs to be maintained.
- A monthly charge of LKR 200/- shall be recovered for non-maintenance of minimum balance.
Cheque Book
- No cheque Book shall be issued
Pass Book/ Statement
- A pass book will be issued to monitor progress of your savings and to keep record of your transactions.
- Customer may opt for E-statements in lieu of the passbook at no additional cost.
